SNEHA BHAT
Counselor & Peer Support Facilitator

I create safe, judgment-free spaces for people to feel seen, heard, and supported.
In a culture that promotes busyness and efficiency, I create safe spaces for humans to be human and feel less alone with what they're feeling. I work with individuals and groups to awaken their hearts, quieten their minds, and find moments of clarity or calm in our ordinary and messy lives.

A Gentle Reminder
You don't have to be in a mental health crisis to be here.
Maybe you're stressed and stretched thin. Maybe you're grieving something, it could be a relationship, a version of yourself, a dream that didn't work out. Maybe conflict keeps showing up in your relationships and you don't know why. Maybe you just feel like you're always one step behind yourself.
And just maybe you're trying to cope with a childhood or recent trauma that requires deeper, more compassionate work.
I work with all kinds of individuals, so connect with me and let's have a chat.
A Little About Me

While technology replaces humans all around, I am doing my bit to bring humans and humanity back into the conversation. By trying to be a better human. Being present when I am in the presence of others. Being gentle and kind. Being a good listener. Being tolerant and curious. While these are traits expected of a therapist, counselor, or anyone in the helping profession, they are very significant to me on a personal level.
Ten years ago, mindfulness and meditation (alongside professional support) helped me find lightness even when things were very dark. They didn't fix my life. But they changed how I moved through it.
That's what I bring to every session: not a formula or a framework, but a lived understanding that healing isn't linear, emotions are messy, and the small shifts matter most.
I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from Heart to Heart Institute India (2023–24), a Therapist Orientation Training certification from Agatsu Foundation, and a HAP training certification from Agatsu Foundation and Sangath India.
I bring a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed approach to therapy, drawing on my lived experiences and healing journey.

How I Work
I guide. I don't prescribe or preach.
Every person has the potential to resolve their own challenges. I facilitate that journey.
I only speak from what I've lived.
From a place of empathy and compassion, and the recognition that we all are flawed and human.
Presence over performance. Practice over perfection.
My sessions are grounded in the connection between body and mind.
Zero tolerance for any kind of hate or discrimination.
Kindness is the baseline. Always.
