I believe kindness is the new cool, and compassionate counseling should be part of our school curriculum.
I am a spiritual, high-level empath. I have a PG Diploma in mental health counseling. I continue to expand my skills and training in mental health.
I use my own experiences with mental health and trauma to help other adults cope with their experiences. I make clients feel heard and seen, so they can help themselves get better.​​
